CEO Douglas Pinter developed organizational design skills through his education as an attorney and through his executive positions, including CEO and board chairman, with new and established companies. His passionate interest in architectural design and his collaborative business approach to development has produced award-winning residences. 

Pinter received his BA and JD from William & Mary in Virginia. He is a member of the Virginia Bar Association and is licensed by the New York Department of State and California Department of Real Estate as a real estate broker.
